What is an Injury Exercise Specialist?

An Injury Exercise Specialist (IES) is someone who has completed all three levels of exercise training at NIHS. If you become an IES, you will be in high demand because you can help the most common injuries (see below) by using evidence-based assessments and corrective exercise programs that achieve optimum functioning. You will also be a very rare breed of professional who can figure out the causes of many people's pain and dysfunction, and then write a specific program for them to meet their goals.
