  • It is a 4 hour hands-on workshop
  • $250 includes 1) evaluation [$150 value!] 2) individualized program 3) four hour workshop
  • 1 on 1 training is available and optional for those seeking additional training. It is $45 per 30 min session, that's $20 off! with the purchase of the workshop.
  • Workshops are 1 x per month on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10am-2pm

Whether you have chronic low back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, herniated disc, sciatica, stenosis, nerve pain or arthritis, this workshop is tailored so that everyone can learn how to be pain free according to their specific situation and low back diagnosis.
The workshop is done at our center and is based on my book, Exercise Progression for Low Back Disorders. I will teach you anatomy, injury mechanisms, daily activity modifications (D.A.M.’s), and exercises that safely progress ANYBODY with low back pain, just as it has done for my clients over the last 13 years in clinics and gyms all around the Bay Area.

  • I am NOT going to teach you gym stuff.
  • I AM going to show you how to properly lift, bend, twist, carry, and throw anything and everything, including your kids. That sounded bad, but I think you get the point.

  • I will show you relief positions that you can use throughout the day to take pressure off your spine and accelerate the healing process.
  • I will also show you HOW TO EAT in a way that decreases inflammation in the blood and therefore speeds up the healing process and decrease your symptoms and pain.
