Our health coaching program uses a holistic approach to health by following the formula M + S + E = P, or Mental + Spiritual + Emotional = Physical.  In other words, whatever is going on physically (symptoms), can be explained by the left side of the equation and improved by integrating

methods that deal with each of their key factors.
The methods we use include:

  • Finding out where you are at with each part of the equation
  • Goal setting for each of the four components (M,S,E and P)
  • Education for east and west philosophies on health
  • The 5 elements test; learn your dominant and weak elements/traits, and how to balance them
  • Behavior modification techniques
