Chris will take you through exercises that are designed specifically for YOU, the runner.
Your program is based on a complimentary evaluation so we can assure you of getting the right exercises for your body and goals.
Our focus is on all the weight bearing muscles that runners need to prevent injuries, absorb shock, and excel efficiently.
This takes special exercises that regular machines can’t do.
All of this then leads to increased stamina from less wear and tear!
And whether you are a beginner or novice, these exercises will take you to your limits of strength, balance and core performance.
Our priority is getting YOU past the finish line in the fastest time and with the least amount of aches and pains possible.
Based on Chris’s experience in training both the beginner and elite marathoner he will keep you healthy and fast by properly progressing your exercise and weekly mileage while adjusting the program to fit your needs.
This is individualized attention in a boot camp setting!
Along with the in-house group exercise training and recommended Saturday morning runs that are progressed throughout the camp to peak by the time of your race, you will receive one-on-one coaching by Chris via email or phone call with specific recommendations for stretching, injury prevention and maintenance, race strategies and more.
All of our programs are evidence-based and get results that not only improve your performance drastically, but also keep you pain free.
