About Us Finally there is a one-stop facility that combines top notch pain relief with post-rehabilitation and advanced exercise programming. Exercise Progression is the premier place for improving pain and injuries through fitness, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and Pain Release Techniques® (PRT). Combining health coaching, exercise training, and PRT® for clients, we utilize an integrative approach with workbooks and DVD's to create individualized programs for every client and an environment that emanates health and fitness like no other.
All staff is trained to deal with pain and injuries through The National Institute of Health Specialists (NIHS), and each has their own specialty of exercise, injuries, Pilates, pain management and more. Exercise Progression is a non-acute facility that focuses on;
1) Clients/Patients who have been cleared for exercise training by their primary physician
2) People who want to take control of their aches and pain through lifestyle modifications
3) Athletes who want to excel through specific training regimens and nutrition programs
4) People who want to reach their optimum health through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
Exercise Progression is run by Chris Hallford, who has over 12 years of experience in the business as a Pain and Injury Specialist and is best known for instantly relieving people's pain through his PRT® and individualized exercise programs. As a pain and injury specialist, Chris has worked in clinics and gyms extensively with medical and orthopedic doctors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, massage therapists, nutritionists, and lifestyle coaches both professionally and as a client/patient since he was a teenager. It was these experiences that lead him to create an offsite team.
Exercise Progression works with and refers to a team of highly successful local doctors and specialists when clients have needs that are outside the scope of its practice. It really does take a village!
